We hired Christopher to excavate our lawn, level it, and then lay a new lawn with a flower bed. We are incredibly happy with the final result and effort Christopher and Ricky put in. Not only are they incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, but they were happy to go the extra mile by planting plants we had ready, securing drains on the patio and returning to carry out the first lawn mow. Quoted on our work, which was accepted and deposit paid. Then four weeks out from the agreed start date, said he'd forgotten to include costs for a full roof replacement (hip to gable extension) so it would be almost £30,000 more than the original price. We could not move forward, and £2,500 of our deposit was not returned to us as steels had already been purchased and cut (but he refused to connect us with the supplier so we could retain these for use in our project).
