Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. Jason and his team have converted my attached garage into a space for an open plan kitchen dining area with utility room space. This involved bricking up the front of the garage with a new window and windows to the back and new french doors, taking out the existing kitchen and making good the original room.
