Steve and his colleague arrived at the pre arranged time and carried out the work, and gave us a demonstration. The work was fully documented along with warranty information. He and his colleague came at the agreed time, assessed the jobs and negotiated a reasonable price for the list of small jobs I had. I enjoyed the added bonus of them being able to do the work the same day that we negotiated the price. I found them to be courteous, tidy and very efficient. Brilliant AGB came out first thing assessed the damage, checked again, pointed out some possible further damage and quote was honest and fair. Then they offered to do the job the next day but I had to wait for insurance . They were very patient and gave 150% very happy

Keiran did that rare thing of turning up exactly when he said he would. Tidy and friendly, and reasonably priced. He removed a glass pane from door and fitted wooden replacement before installing cat flap - looks smart and exactly what I wanted; he also installed MDF shelves in a walk in cupboard - not exactly complex, but affordable and exactly what I needed.
I am very pleased with the service recieved from Alex. He quicky provided a competitive quote and arranged to get the work done on a Saturday morning. It involved the repair of an external door and he moved other jobs around so he could get to this sooner because it affected the security of the building. The repair looks great and he has painted the door frame for us. Alex even agreed to adjusting a door closer whilst there at no extra charge. I will use McLaurin Joinery again.
The job turned out to be a bit more complicated than expected and the poor man had to venture into my scarey attic. He completed that task without complaint and was a pleasure to work with. I love my clothes pulley. It is fantastic.
