We have our own architects and structural engineers who provide all the required details for extensions, conversions and new builds. APL also organise all site visits with building inspectors to give customers peace of mind and a hassle free service. At M&A we use our own 3D CAD system in order to design any new kitchens we are to supply and install, we can include these in to Architecht plans to give you a visual of the room once completed. All our kitchens are high standard and all our doors we use are FIRA gold approved, we mainly use painted doors but if you want a more of a budget door we can use the vinyl wrap doors. About myself: I have been in the Joinery and building industry for 20 years with a huge vast experience in all trades and I know what to expect from various tradesmen from a finishing point. All electrical work and gas work is all completed by approved and qualified tradesmen. My main trade is joinery but in the 20 years of being in the building game I have gained the experience in each aspect in the building game which has its advantages when project managing a job whilst being on site working. We were worried about finding tradesmen to do our garage conversion as we’ve generally not had a good experience in the past. Les came in and gave a great quote, was helpful and transparent from the start and did an excellent quality job whilst being very respectful of our living space. Repaired my leak in a flat roof over a bay window.. Couldn't get him to stop for a break. Excellent work and I am pleased with the finished job. Also got him to re-bed and re-point my ridge tiles and replace chimney flashing with lead. He hardly stopped all day and never had a proper break. Again another excellent job. He takes great pride in his work!

Absolutely fabulous. It was a very tricky job which, along with the various complications and options, was explained in detail. The work was done to a high standard and when complications did occur Carl stayed late to make sure they were remedied. If the opportunity arises I will certainly be recommending Carl to others and if I need a plasterer in the future he will be the man i will be calling. Incidentally he is a really nice guy.

I was contacted very soon after posting, agreed a price and date for work to take place. The day before installation of my new cooker Argos txt me to say they had given me wrong info and a wrong time slot for delivery. I explained the electrician was already booked but they would not budge. The electrician however was very accommodating and changed his slot at the last minute so thanks to him and not Argos I had a working cooker once more. He was very reliable, did a good job and I would 100% recommend him

Both Martin and Lee come to my home looked at the job and gave me a very reasonable price, as a female on my own I was very concerned about having strange males in my home but I can assure you they not only put me at ease they were lovely. I had cause to call them VERY late that night they put me at ease and attended again the next day to a problem I had caused I would recommend any lone female use them.
