Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. I required a kitchen gas pipe to be moved. Mr Munro identified unnecessary pipes, so he was able to make the route shorter and much better than initially expected. The copper pipes look very good as well. He was also able to help with another Plumbing job, I had. Very pleased.

Due to water damage we had to have our dining room floor lifted and replaced, and the room re-plastered and decorated. We also decided to have a new kitchen worktop and sink installed, and a partial internal wall removed at the same time. Carl was able to organise all of this for us and not only was it done to a very high standard it was also done well within time. We’re so happy with the work and would not hesitate to recommend. Will definitely look to use Carl again for any future work.
