As a company we are undertaking our first new build project, a 4-bedroom detected house, making a name for ourselves of building quality solid houses with high finishes. From foundations and footings to roof pitching and covering we are completing all work ourselves. The only outsourcing we are doing is the air source heat pump we have chosen over gas, even though we lose some profit margin it’s the right choice for the environment and the lucky family who purchase the property once its completed. Edward Fellows did an excellent job of putting new tiles in my kitchen and utility room. He also replaced a shower, put up mirror cabinets and other items such as towel rails in bathrooms. He always arrived on time and also finished his work on time. He cleared up after the work was finished. His prices were very reasonable. Overall I am very happy to have found him and I have been giving him more jobs to do in my house. I recommend him highly.

Unfortunately as soon as the work was done we developed a leak in the roof (I'm not saying they are related). We were told by Alan's son that the damp was simply the wall drying out. It wasn't and got progressively worse. We did contact Alan again who said he'd come around but didn't. Three other builders have said that the lead work wasn't correctly done and we've since had to pay for it to be redone.
