Alex was very friendly and easy going, I asked for the work to be done on a certain day and he was able to fit me in, on arrival I explained what needed doing and he carried the work out to a very high standard, I was extremely happy with the work he has done and he even took the rubbish with him. Liam was a joy to have in my home. He responded quickly to come and do the work the very next day. He completed it in a timely fashion and even fixed a broken switch on my fishtank within the same price. Even more impressively when I called him this morning to advise the lightbulbs I had ordered were too bright he advised me to let him know when I had new ones to let him know and he will come back and fit them for me,proper old fashioned customer service. Adam was very polite and was carefull not to disrupt the house when he was working. The standard of his work is very high and he told me he treats every job as if he was doing it in his own home. I only put reliability at 4 stars because the job did take longer as he had to go back to the factory to get the doors trimmed because they were a fraction to big. He did this willingly even though he had to travel to Oxford. I would recomend him to anyone and I will deffinately use him again.
