James and his team did a fantastic job. He turned up on time to quote for the task of replacing our 4.5 x 4.5m concrete hardstanding with brick papers. We agreed a price for the job and a start date. He and his team turned up when agreed. On the first day they removed the original concrete slab, and did the necessary work to prepare the ground. Day 2 the pavers were laid. The work itself was very good, and while on the job, they were quick, consistent and polite. Problems occurred with finishing off and a number of issues are still outstanding. There were mitigating circumstances - serious illness in the company - but communications with us have been erratic and we are left with a few outstanding issues that we have to deal with ourselves.

Fence and post all broken within 6 months of installation. The concrete post was not the correct length for the fence and ground was not dug deep enough upon inspection. Very disappointed and offered no resolution whatsoever, rather has the cheek to pay more to fix. Would not recommend go for an actual professional who knows what they're doing.
