Dimitar has done a brilliant job. He is a well organised, highly skilled craftsman who takes care about his work. He doesn't take any shortcuts, he goes back to the basics and builds it up - although this takes a little longer the end result is very high quality. Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.
