Job was well done but promised an unwritten gaurantee and all I've got to show for it is a number to call if there are any issues! Not what was agreed which is a shame. Can't give a potential buyer of my house a phone number in a year to prove the roof is new!

Superb service! The guys came to fit a velux window but the batons and felt had been damaged by leakage over the years. They worked all weekend to get it fixed as they had a big job starting the following Monday. They were friendly, tidy and incredibly hard working even when it started pouring. I am primarily a bricklaying specialist though I am more than happy to do natural stone work as well. Came quickly and did what I asked
At MCR pointing we treat every job as it’s our own property. With 20 years of experience and extensive knowledge on various mortars and pointing methods. When the mortar becomes deteriorated it is necessary for the building to be re pointed. We grind the old mortar out using a 5 inch grinder complete with a diamond disk to ensure clean cut to top and bottom of the joint. Then we point the brickwork/stone using either sand and cement or a lime mortar, with different finishes to suite the client.
After advertising for someone to do pointing on a wall where rain was coming through to inside garage. Ryan replied, came and gave estimate . He did the job promptly and efficiently was very polite.
