Received an immediate response to a leak that had become critical on New Year's Eve. John & team came out straight away, put measures in place to prevent the situation worsening and gave a very thorough assessment of the job at a good price. As soon as my insurance claim was granted the work was completed quickly. The leak was not only remedied but the bathroom plumbing restored to a much more reliable and secure standard. Further to my previous review last September, I found afterwards that the work had not been completed as we had agreed, and the work that was done was not of a high standard. Martin has not replied to any of my messages, except once when he promised to call round but never appeared. Since then, the tiles he laid in the garden have started to disintegrate badly, but he still does not reply. Be warned about him!!

The job revealed some extra work was needed but the changes were all discussed and agreed without pressure before being implemented and James was able to bring in extra team members whilst on site so the work was completed in a timely fashion. All of the team were personable and a pleasure to have on site.
