UPDATE. no contact from Alan after I gave him time to come back and repair his poor work. He hasn't. My chimney is now in such poor condition I have paid another company to remove it! Beware of this company's promises.

I have an architect and structural engineer I have used for 20 plus years so drawings/plans and calculations are not a problem.
