From quote to starting the job, they did what they said they would, turned up when they said they would, whilst doing the jobs (efficiently and well), they noticed other work that needed doing - took photos where it was impossible for us to see and quoted on the work. Stephen and his colleague came to visit me this morning after a short call yesterday after they had seen my job posted.
