From quote to starting the job, they did what they said they would, turned up when they said they would, whilst doing the jobs (efficiently and well), they noticed other work that needed doing - took photos where it was impossible for us to see and quoted on the work. Tim and Adam arrived bang on time at 7:30 am. Very friendly and did exactly what we had agreed beforehand. He actually gave me a small reduction on the quoted price as he didn't use all the material he had quoted for. The job took longer than Tim had anticipated (some tricky carpentry required) but they worked on through to complete it in one day, as promised. They also cleared up nicely at the end and took away all the debris. Our summer house should now last another 20 years at least!

They packed up all the furniture and covered whist painting all the rooms, radiators and living room bay window in our flat and also plastered and repaired a socket. Why did you tell me that my money was in a secure bank account. Why did you tell me that materials were paid for to lock the price. You tell me that I need to pay for already paid for materials theres more.

A very good professional experience. There was a substance I didn’t have and wasn’t supplied by the manufacturers, but he completed the other tasks and came back a few days later to fit the trellises. I offered to pay for the work he’d completed that day, but said it was ok to pay when he came back to fit trellises. Very impressed with the work and will not hesitate to call on Alsite again. Highly recommended.
