Great work replacing the decking & treatment applied. Only negative to be cautious is that Dave Quoted a price to replace the entire decking & we agreed to proceed. Dave ripped off all the rotten wood as prep. Next day he comes back bumping up the price few hundreds saying prices of wood increased. I might have felt threatened at some point that he’d stop the work if I didn’t agree. Was forced to agree on the new price to get the already ripped off decking work completed.
