Aberdean builders did a great job on the re pointing, there was a slight issue in regards to the original quote for the work increasing due to the wrong sq metre's being measured by myself, it would have been better to have this measured before the job was started. Although the builder was reasonable in coming to an agreement on the price.
Very good quality work with unbelievably cheaper price. Very good value for money. Any other work he was not an expert in, he knew other peoples and brought them who could do the job in the best manner. Overall, job very well done, thats why I am giving 5 stars.

Phase 1 nearing completion and scores 10:10 Excellent team under Joe Kerr - they can all think on the run which is vital with a renovation project. Finding a builder to build a retaining wall & two flower beds in our rear garden was not easy. Rated people.com gave us J P Construction. From the first telephone call to visiting and quoting through to job completion Joe was very polite and professional. Everything was clearly explained from start to finish.
