Originally gave this builder a 1 star rating as he hadn't come back to me after I sent details of the job. It turns out that it was an old email address on RP and the text number given on the RP screen is not actually that of the builder. Have moved to 3 star accordingly. Work was picked up by another builder after I re-advertised it.

Excellent Excellent and excellent, and that's not being over the top ,the guys just turned up on the day as promised ,I was in work so was expecting phone calls to ask this and that ,but because they had already gone through everything in the quote the guys just got on with it ,I would 100% use again without hesitation really nice polite very respectful and clean team. The workmanship was fantastic. I hope that they will always be available to do more work for me but I would wait rather than go elsewhere

Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

We put an advertisment up last night, and we recieved a phone call in the morning from Jay. He was really friendly and helpful, and gave us a rough quote on the phone. When he arrived he was friendly and reassuring, he informed us of more damage that he saw, and put no pressure on us that it needed to be done instantly. He also kept true to his quote. There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.

UPDATE. no contact from Alan after I gave him time to come back and repair his poor work. He hasn't. My chimney is now in such poor condition I have paid another company to remove it! Beware of this company's promises.
