Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

Liam is brilliant, and I can’t fault his work. Liams quote for the damp proofing was very competitive, but his professionalism and approach to the problem won him the job. Since then we have used him for three other plastering jobs in the house and just booked him for a fourth. He has been so accommodating to our requests and has worked within our schedule even working over weekends and fitting us in where he could. Liam will be the first person I call with any other plastering jobs in the future.

It’s unfortunate that I need to give them a poor rating , first instance absolutely great service , however since install the window hasn’t been weighted properly having been told it is . Having to tape it shut says otherwise. Second problem the weight is stuck in the box so now the window doesn’t function. Third issue the window leaks ! It’s hasn’t been sealed properly. Contacted numerous times but had no luck with trying to rectify these issues. No reply after many attempts. Disappointed
