very good, they were on time, and they even waited for me to go to Ikea and get an extra part due to Ikea missing parts in the package. Would definitely recommend their services.
He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Unfortunately as soon as the work was done we developed a leak in the roof (I'm not saying they are related). We were told by Alan's son that the damp was simply the wall drying out. It wasn't and got progressively worse. We did contact Alan again who said he'd come around but didn't. Three other builders have said that the lead work wasn't correctly done and we've since had to pay for it to be redone.

Firstly, the new composite decking was done extremely well by Alf and his team. Great communication from him and cannot fault anything thing him or his team did. But, since the decking was done there have now been two occasions that one of the decking lights have failed. 1st defect was a wiring issue which was resolved by the electrician Conor, the current fault has now been resolved. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.
