Kris was amazing! His work ethic is second to none. Arrived on time and would not leave until he was finished which was 12 hours later (!) due to my non-square house and he would not let me pay him more! I have already booked him for another job because finding reliable and skilled tradesmen who charge very reasonable rates is like gold dust. I imagine he will be in demand so if he quotes and he is not immediately available my advice would be wait until he has availability.

We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. Miroslav replaced 4 window handles and a broken hinge. Also arranging a replacement large double glazed sliding door for me - replacing to have one specially cut to incorporate a cat flap. From quote to starting the job, they did what they said they would, turned up when they said they would, whilst doing the jobs (efficiently and well), they noticed other work that needed doing - took photos where it was impossible for us to see and quoted on the work. We never felt any pressure from them. We trusted them, they were curtious, respected our property and got on with the job. Would very much recommend them and will certainly use them again.
