Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

I know he hasn’t finished my job yet but the workmanship of all his team has been very impressive. I have watched demolition, bricklaying and now carpentry building walls, roof and floors. They are a very friendly team with great humour too. Advice and great ideas are overflowing. Organisation of materials delivery, waste collection and recycling is amazing. UPDATE. no contact from Alan after I gave him time to come back and repair his poor work. He hasn't. My chimney is now in such poor condition I have paid another company to remove it! Beware of this company's promises.
