Turned up at 10am, started digging out the brick paving for 10 minutes then stated walking around to the van, then came back and started again after 10 minutes gone again and eventually came back 15:00, then I had word with him that he suppose to finish the job today. Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.
