Single garage conversion with pitched roof, mezzanine floor and dormer in Llandough. Father and Son business workmanship well below buildings control standards, sub optimal and cheap materials used, not aligned to architect drawings, critical structural measurements wrong wants money up front, very messy, It has taken a further 6 months and extra costs with a new builder to rectify all issues including roof, insulation, dormer and Velux window to enable building control to be satisfied.

Nick is a pleasant bloke who isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty or get soaking wet when he knocked down my garage before building walls & steps, always early on site & cleans up afterwards, block work looks good and steps look great, reasonable price as well, well done Nick
