Keen and enthusiastic. Awful workmanship. I've spent hours replanting. They put expensive shrubs in holes which were too shallow, leaving roots exposed. Most of the plants were dying. When I replanted them I discovered thick bamboo roots in the holes, which they were paid to remove. The price was fair but as a former head gardener I found the quality of the work incredibly poor. I have spent a further hundred pounds on plants and a further eight hours pulling up roots of bamboo and replanting. Very sad
