Overall looks ok but closer inspection shows the finishing touches are awful and when it's windy there is an awful flapping noise from the oversized flashing that replaced the top row of tiles because the flashing was placed 1 brick to low! Tried to tell him he either ignores you or doesn't come when he said he would!!

Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. Jonathan assess my problem after a visual inspection and he gave a verbal summary of what was required. This was followed by an email estimate which I accepted. He arrived on the date agreed and started the work and completed it in two days. Workmanship was of a high standard. He has a pleasant manner and is easy to talk to. His was the only response I had to my entry in Rated People, and I'm glad it was. Highly recommended in all respects.
