We cannot fault any part of our dealings with James and his team. They met our requirements exactly, arrived on time, kept the area clean and tidy and worked efficiently throughout the job. James quoted two days to lay our new patio and took exactly that, with the guys working non-stop over the period. His team were very obliging and polite and we really could not ask for more. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. I'm new to this site and I'm willing to put the effort in to get the jobs done right and honestly. Gavin was very easy going and nice. he managed to fit me in as soon as i needed. Fitted the door very well and also cleaned up after himself. His work is very neat. Hopefully we can have him back for more door fittings.
The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.

Stuart has done a great job. He was easy to keep in touch with and was able to fit the work around our hectic schedule. The finished paintwork looks brilliant, was completed swiftly and with the minimum of mess. Stuart responded quickly when we spotted a minor issue and was back to sort it out within a few days - very reliable. I would highly recommend S I Walker Decorating and will be using his services again.
Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.

I can do emulsions as well as woodwork to high standard. I do wallpaper hanging. Apart from the P& D I do kitchens, worktops, flooring, tiling etc. I have also done in a past kitchens and bathrooms refurbishments as well as refurbishment of whole properties mainly listed buildings.
