Stephen and his colleague came to visit me this morning after a short call yesterday after they had seen my job posted. They were 10 minutes early, and despite offering the restaurants they just wanted to get straight onto the job which was fine by me. They were super efficient and had the job done in less than 15 minutes without any problems whatsoever. Connor was great to deal with in organising the job and agreeing a budget and Wayne (who did the relaying) worked to a high standard and was courteous, professional and honest - he told me the flashing didn’t actually need doing, as what was already there was fine. Highly recommended!

Padded out the quote with VAT, even though he had no VAT number. When we went to pay a deposit, our bank called us to say they didn't want to put the payment through because the account was for a personal account rather than a business and was not safe. This trader has unpaid accounts. When we raised these concerns, the builder withdrew the quote. Don't trust, don't use.

Kris was amazing! His work ethic is second to none. Arrived on time and would not leave until he was finished which was 12 hours later (!) due to my non-square house and he would not let me pay him more! I have already booked him for another job because finding reliable and skilled tradesmen who charge very reasonable rates is like gold dust. I imagine he will be in demand so if he quotes and he is not immediately available my advice would be wait until he has availability.
