George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Alex repaired a roof leak. You can trust Alex to do the very best job at a reasonable price. Alex is warm, friendly, kind, clever & trustworthy! He put every effort into driving a long way to assess our water leak. He even inspected everywhere & had a long ladder to climb the 3 stories to the roof to evaluate all sources of the leak. He found a crack in the roof & a pipe pouring water into the crack. He even repaired the crack free of charge! We would hire him again, esp for his specialty-exteriors.

The service was excellent. Artur came the day after I posted the job (the Friday), and true to his word, he and his team started the job on the Monday. The work was of excellent quality. They worked very cleanly, even going beyond the point of duty, moving articles out of the way. The work was completed within a week as promised and was of exceptional quality. A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!
