First class job by Neil and Elliot. My kitchen was a new system (In-frame) by Wren, first one Wren has sold in Edinburgh, and I was genuinely worried about how the tradesmen would get on with it. Needn’t have been, the guys were meticulous about getting every detail right. I’m completely OCD when it comes to details, but couldn’t fault any aspect of the work, these guys are master craftsmen. Would give 6 stars if I could.

We have been with Rated People for over 14 years now and have been trading since 2007. We are based in Edinburgh and our employees are the same tradesmen we have employed since we started. We are conscientious about our work and will always meet our customers' expectations as it is part of our beliefs and values. We fully insured for public and workers liability and have our own Health and Safety Policy.
Although not the cheapest quote, the work was done promptly, the staff were courteous and very hardworking, they tidied up as they went along, and snagging issues were dealt with. Communication was very good, either by text, email or in person. A further serious issue was discovered during the time they were here, and I will be using Weatherproof services again to deal with that.

We have been through 7 months trying to get our cabin and decking and patio rectified to an acceptable standard. They started off well and Elliott had a great attitude but his employee was terrible and couldn't cut two planks the same length leaving everything looking really like a DIY project gone wrong. They now have a qualified joiner who is a big improvement and he was working his way through all the defects and rebuilding planters, relaying the patio and re cladding the cabin. Now they have disappeared
