George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. The fence was poorly installed, no tension and badly 'mangled' in places. We had told Roger that we would pay when the work was completed to our satisfaction. He said he had finished, we were not repared to pay. until we were happy. Talking to his boss, we were told that is not how things are done. A fence had been installed, thus we had to pay.
