As I'm limited to 512 characters for this review, I'm unable to list the reasons why a one star rating is too generous for D & L contractors. In short, the work carried out by them was so poor and unprofessional, I asked them to leave the job and resolved the issues via small claims action. I have since found that they left my property unsafe by allowing steel beams to be supported without padstones below and these were also braced underneath using broken angle grinder blades instead of slate!
All work undertaken,I have over 30years experience In the plastering/building trade etc,I take pride in my work & always work to the highest standard,cleanliness is also important to me & I always clean as I go! No job to big or to small!

He was very reliable, reasonably priced and worked to our budget, his craftsmanship was very good, he was a quick (and tidy) worker, and he gave us plenty of extra advice and tips for other rooms.
