This company is dishonest. Stupidly I paid for this job before it was finished and have been conned. They turned up 3 hours late, did 2 hours work and left early. They insisted on being paid up front saying "don't worry we'll come back to finish the job, if we didn't a bad review would kill our business". We arranged a date to come back and finish the work and they never turned up, wasting my day. They've now stopped answering calls. Next step is contacting trading standards.

Amazing job from Chris and his team. Prompt quotation and reply to questions from Chris; Lee and team on site were always on time, friendly, professional, taking the time to explain what they were doing. They thought of and provided everything. When you're busy, it's simply amazing not to have to do or worry about anything! Came back next day morning due to leak but fixed it quickly and came back afternoon to double-check. Great customer service. Final bill matching quote. Would highly recommend.

Mixed experience. I've never had anyone work on my house who shows such a lack of respect for my property. Despite being asked 3 times to be careful and to cover plants, etc, our garden was trampled and rubbish, including nails, scattered everywhere. We had to spend several hours clearing up after they had finished. This attitude showed up in the work too, some of which needed redoing. End result is OK; I still think it could have been neater
