Derrick responded quickly to an urgent request as I had a leak coming through the gable end with water getting behind the flashing as the mortar wasnt in a good condition. I spoke to Derrick in advance who talked me through the process and what to expect with the work (repointing and sealing). It was completed as arranged to a good quality and I appreciated the efforts to tidy up during and after the work as well. Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.
