Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

I can't recommend Vytautas enough! His level of work and reliability are both extremely high. Having struggled to find good tradesman especially joiners previously, I found Vytautas to be the best I've used and he will be my first contact in the future when needing any work done.
