From quote to starting the job, they did what they said they would, turned up when they said they would, whilst doing the jobs (efficiently and well), they noticed other work that needed doing - took photos where it was impossible for us to see and quoted on the work. Overall got the job done but the woodwork paint peeled off after a week as was not sanded down. Alex agreed to fix the work but did not show up.

Why did you tell me that my money was in a secure bank account. Why did you tell me that materials were paid for to lock the price. Why have I needed to redecorate the whole house as the painting is a disaster. I have photos as proof and theres more. Too many to mention. You tell me that I need to pay for already paid for materials theres more.

Miroslav replaced 4 window handles and a broken hinge. Also arranging a replacement large double glazed sliding door for me - replacing to have one specially cut to incorporate a cat flap. A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
