Leon and Ashley did a very good job on my floors. I was unable to move my lounge furniture as for being too heavy. They did it with great care and arranging my room for me once the job was finished. A couple friends visited on Sunday and were amazed with the results Even Bow ( my German Shepherd) noticed the change and kept looking and sniffing at the floor. I found Dan very unprofessional and dishonest, I do not recommend. The two main reasons that can fit within the character limit are: 1) Terrible communication over 3 months for him to finish the job, 2) after he increased the price of the job he ignored requests for a detailed quote, but from basic calculations it is clear that the profit also went up from the previous quote even though he said that would take care of it for no extra charge because it was his fault for bringing fittings of the wrong size.
