We are a period/listed property restoration company. We specialise in traditional materials and methods. Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. It’s unfortunate that I need to give them a poor rating , first instance absolutely great service , however since install the window hasn’t been weighted properly having been told it is . Having to tape it shut says otherwise. Second problem the weight is stuck in the box so now the window doesn’t function. Third issue the window leaks ! It’s hasn’t been sealed properly. Contacted numerous times but had no luck with trying to rectify these issues. No reply after many attempts. Disappointed

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

Did work which was described. Thought extra was a bit expensive so didn’t go ahead. Came down in price as soon as I said it was too expensive. Stated the tiles were and felt were loose. I saw from the picture it was just the end cap that had moved and was no problem. Stated he would have needed to reset it and if not it would leak. I had a new roof done within the past 5 years.
