We requested that the bathroom was taken out and the pump parts kept. Unfortunately the pump was ripped out badly so we cannot reuse it. The young apprentice also caused alot of damage / mess and did not clean up. The plasterer they used was really good. Did not turn up when they said they would. Also really hassled for money once job was done, even though we had some outstanding issues. Shame as we were looking for a reliable worker to help with another local renovation.

Alan was a saviour. A different tradesman had made a complete mess of installing our kitchen; we feared the whole kitchen was a right-off. We posted looking for a new fitter to try and rectify as many mistakes as possible. Alan used all his skill and experience to steadily transform the ruined kitchen into exactly what we had envisaged. Thanks to Pavel I now have a new staircase in the bedroom and the ladder has finally gone :) Pavel contacted me, arranged to visit to assess the job and advised it would be cheaper to buy a staircase and install that instead of building one from scratch. New staircase arrived and Pavel worked his magic to get it installed - absolutely over the moon. Pavel is a joiner with exceptional skills and comes highly recommended.
