Always polite with good communication on his arrival time etc. Got to work straight away and even cleaned up the previous tradesmen's mess that was left previously as he went along. Art is a superb at what he does. He refurnished my kitchen and and fitted a new bottle trap to the bathroom sink. He tidied up as he went along, and took all the rubbish away. He also quoted a very good price to for the job.
