While he was quoting for the regrouting in the shower room I asked if he could quote for painting some outdoor garden walls that needed some old paint removing and made good before painting. It is true and I have ALL photo evidence of the job you did. Also video evidence of you saying you took photos as that’s what you do when you’ve finished a job. You never asked for any money and you only spoke to my partner on the stairs. We were in the living room when you left. Plus why would I pay you on the first day when as you said it was a 4 day job but it was supposed to be a 2/3 day job. You’ve done hundreds of pounds worth of damage.

Very polite, softly spoken young man who did various jobs for me at a reasonable rate. Very happy with all the work he did and have another list of jobs for him to do next week! He obviously knew what he was doing. He took away the old tank for me and the old dishwasher which was very helpful. He fitted shelves in the old redundant dishwasher and shelves in the big old bathroom cupboard. He also put up a new blind. I thought his quote was really reasonable and paid him a bit extra as I was so pleased. Anne
