Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

Quick visit ( on time ) for a qoute. Job agreed although I wasn.t sure when I would have the parts Tom said just to give him a call. Great work replacing the decking & treatment applied. Only negative to be cautious is that Dave Quoted a price to replace the entire decking & we agreed to proceed. Dave ripped off all the rotten wood as prep. Next day he comes back bumping up the price few hundreds saying prices of wood increased. I might have felt threatened at some point that he’d stop the work if I didn’t agree. Was forced to agree on the new price to get the already ripped off decking work completed.
