Although not the cheapest quote, the work was done promptly, the staff were courteous and very hardworking, they tidied up as they went along, and snagging issues were dealt with. Communication was very good, either by text, email or in person. A further serious issue was discovered during the time they were here, and I will be using Weatherproof services again to deal with that.

Nicholas did a fantastic job installing wall panels and hanging tv on wall bracket. He was very easy to deal with, very professional and has a great eye for detail. If i could give 6 stars I would, From the first point of contact with Frank on revamping my back garden to him coming to my house to brainstorm ideas. Discussing renewing decking Frank gave me an idea of building a retaining wall and back filling the space to have a level even garden. Frank and James were punctual and professional on site. The whole job seemed effortless (from my kitchen window). Given what was required. If I ever need anything else done garden or driveway wise i'll be calling him!!

Great work replacing the decking & treatment applied. Only negative to be cautious is that Dave Quoted a price to replace the entire decking & we agreed to proceed. Dave ripped off all the rotten wood as prep. Next day he comes back bumping up the price few hundreds saying prices of wood increased. I might have felt threatened at some point that he’d stop the work if I didn’t agree. Was forced to agree on the new price to get the already ripped off decking work completed.
