We put an advertisment up last night, and we recieved a phone call in the morning from Jay. He was really friendly and helpful, and gave us a rough quote on the phone. When he arrived he was friendly and reassuring, he informed us of more damage that he saw, and put no pressure on us that it needed to be done instantly. He also kept true to his quote. He removed plants from neighbours chimney, bent lead back into place and replaced 1 Welsh slate with cheap pre-used slate for £800+. Having solar fitted who gave me photos of work done, called back out and pre-used cheap slate replaced with another one. Area still leaking after 2nd attempt. Would not recommend. Have photos of this shoddy work if needed
