We chose ITC on the basis of their attention to quality and willingness to understand the sensitivities around cleaning a grade II listed Elizabethan cottage. The previous occupants had 7 cats and fewer than 7 litter trays, creating quite a challenge for cleaning, particularly given my cat allergy. Their deep clean service was first rate and has made a substantial different to the place without any obvious niggles. We will be using them for the weekly clean going forward.

Agreed to do the work and quoted a daily rate and start date, then before starting work advise that the job was too much for him and he would need to bring a friend. Arrived on the day and advised that his friends day rate was £40.00 more than we agreed. However we decided to go ahead and they completed the job (replacement of most radiators in the house). They did a good job and we paid them but they left without giving us a receipt, All subsequent contact from us went unanswered.

Again your comment is not correct. I had to leave before the cleaners finished, so could not have said that they had done a good job. Also they were supposed to do every 2 weeks, so how could I say 'see you next week'? Accuracy is not your strong point I see. Am not sure where you live but we don't get that much dust or dirt in 3 to 4 days... For reasons discussed over the phone I don't want your cleaners back in the house.
