I am new to Rated People, however I have 7 years experience in the building trade,
I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.

We had just had a bad experience with another builder and were weary of tradesmen but Maurize was trustworthy from the get go and went out of his way to fill us with confidence. He discussed things with me every step of the way and made good suggestions if changes had to be made. He took pride in his work and the quality of his work was more than satisfactory.
