I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..

Lee came swiftly and replaced the heating element, even though it was corroded and difficult to extract lest the tank should crack. Lee's card is on hand for any other electrical repairs or changes.

David removed a chimney stack and supported with gallow brackets in the loft. He was always on time, tidied up after himself and communicated during the process. The job was signed off by the council who David liaised with to ensure the work was carried out as required. Won't hesitate to use David again for future work.

Very clean, tidy fair and efficient service. After completing the original job to such a high standard (building a large pergola and replacing one row of fencing) I employed Anthony to replace more fencing to enable me to eventually enclose my garden to keep my cats contained. Straight away I felt comfortable that he was very professional and thorough with his attitude and work. From just a freshen up project, this became much bigger project as damp had ripped through the whole property. He replaced joists and most floorboards, resolved leaks, removed damp, installed new kitchen along with the 'freshen up' and much more. Karl and Nigel were punctual and efficient. They attempted to mend my garage door before having to admit that the only solution was a new door, which Karl ordered for me. Once the door had been delivered they very quickly completed the job. Both very helpful. The outcome is a completed professional job.
