Started promptly but the job, expected to take just over a week, dragged on for over 6 weeks with repeated delays and requests for additional interim payments. Communication became poor and the work was left incomplete. I eventually had to hire another contractor to finish it, costing me an extra ÂŁ1,450. Dom contacted us to book when he could do the job and kept us up to date when he was delayed due to picking up supplies to start it. The 2 gates were hand made and were finished over the allotted time and on budget and we could not fault the workmanship. Two sturdy gates at a very reasonable price and he made sure we were happy with his work and that the job was left clean and tidy before he was finished. We would highly recommend him.
