Miles helped at such short notice and as my Mum is 97, he agreed to come on Sunday to fix her lighting so she’d be safe. He told us his call-out and hourly rate, messaged when he was a bit delayed, and diagnosed fault and fixed it . He explained everything and was very tidy, no mess at all. Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. Rhys was excellent; he first came to look at the works I needed in detail. Which after provided a detailed quote. He took the time to explain things when I did not understand. He gave the available options of what could be done and also provided his recommendation. He worked extremely clean and was really dedicated to his work.
