Great team and work. All work was completed with each phase being completed as described. Clean, tidy and professional keeping disturbance to the neighbours down to the minimum. Will be using these guys again for my next project.
Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.
Initially looking for some advice A&D patiently talked through options, planning & the hire of an architect. If/when I go ahead A&D would be a first choice.

Needed some internal work, including walls and chimney removal. Price was competitive and the work was excellent. Turned up on time, kept us informed and no hidden extras! Not only was the work first class he also took the hassle of building control, submitted the documents and when the inspector wanted an extra bracket for the chimney, he was there, as arranged 2 days later to fit it. If anyone is thinking of needing building work, make sure you include Kevin in your plans.
