George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Liam is a very reliable and hardworking contractor. He assisted us with design ideas for our new kitchen and completed all work to a high standard. He gave us a very competitive rate and managed all work through the really terrible December 2010 weather, which caused our kitchen delivery to be set back almost 2 weeks. During this period he managed the other building and installation work ensuring everything was ready for the kitchen delivery. Despite the kitchen only being delivered on 21 Dec he worked right through to Christmas Eve, returning the day after boxing day to complete the kitchen installation. We would have no hesitation in recommending Liam to our friends and family and will certainly consider him for any future work.

I am very pleased with the service recieved from Alex. He quicky provided a competitive quote and arranged to get the work done on a Saturday morning. It involved the repair of an external door and he moved other jobs around so he could get to this sooner because it affected the security of the building. The repair looks great and he has painted the door frame for us. Alex even agreed to adjusting a door closer whilst there at no extra charge. I will use McLaurin Joinery again.
